After the Curtain Falls

The story continues where the last nightmare ended. After the curtain fell on the first Murder Circus, the former Ringmaster and then-defeated Deposed King, portrayed by Post Malone, was transformed. Now the brutal Disciple of Death, he has been waiting in the shadows, honing his skills for a chance to reclaim his Corrupted domain. But a key to his victory—the fabled HelioStone—remains lost.

Just when the memory of the carnage had begun to fade, reports confirm the impossible: the Corrupted circus has rematerialized. Its surreal, malevolent atmosphere once again bleeds into the gritty historical setting of Hunt, plunging Hunters into a holiday season they will not forget. As old foes and new alliances prepare for a final confrontation, a fresh threat emerges from the wings, promising chaos.

This encore performance brings a host of new horrors and treasures, including themed Legendary Hunters, weapon variants, Legendary Skins, and in-game activities. The Event arrives alongside the massive Update 2.6, which brings back some old friends like the rebalanced and redesigned Shredder weapon, as well as new deadly toys and a unique new feature that will allow players to express themselves like never before!

Adding more to the excitement, Update 2.6 will introduce new Story Challenges, providing players with narrative-driven content in the form of multiple chapter challenges providing exciting rewards. These new journeys will take different forms and are time limited. Story Challenges will be available in-game and will kick off with the release of Post Malone’s Murder Circus Encore.
